ABOUT ME

Even though I am far away from my parents, my sister and my brothers and their families for long periods of time, they are always close to my heart.
They are and will always be my greatest source of strength and inspiration.

My name is Bonifacio Galván Rodríguez.

From 1970 to 1977
I was born in a very small city called Río Bravo, Tamaulipas. In Mexico. On August 11th, 1970.
In those years we lived in a very small house in what we called "El rancho de la 24". "24" meaning it was 24 kilometers to the east of Río Bravo. Surrounded by Mais fields which are divided by water irrigation canals.
And my first memories in that house are of sunrises and sunsets. Of the sun going up from a water canal from the east and then being swallowed by another water canal to the west.

Throughout my life, I have been surrounded by great friends and good people.
It is the greatest blessing that life has given me.
I will always be grateful to them for letting me be a part of their life.
